Pan-India delivery is facilitated through high-speed logistics partners. While we ensure items leave our warehouse in 24-48 hours, National Jewellery Tools is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions or extreme weather. Risk of loss passes to the professional once the item is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

4. Return & Warranty Policy

Because we sell precision instruments, our return policy is strict to ensure subsequent customers never receive “used” gear:

• / Unopened items in original factory packaging may be returned within 7 days.
• / Consumable items (burrs, saw blades, polishing compounds) are non-returnable once opened.
• / Defective tools are subject to workshop inspection before a replacement is issued.

Jewellery tools—especially high-speed motors, torches, and sharp cutters—are inherently dangerous. National Jewellery Tools is not liable for any injury, loss of stone, or workshop damage resulting from the misuse, improper maintenance, or lack of safety equipment (PPE) while using our tools.
