National Jewellery Tools operates with high-precision inventory. To maintain our quality standards, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

No Refunds. No Exceptions.

Once a tool is sold, we do not offer any cash or credit refunds. All sales are final. We strongly advise you to verify technical specifications and compatibility with your bench requirements before finalizing your purchase.

Exchange Criteria

Exchanges are only granted for items arriving with Factory Damage or Manufacturing Defects.

Eligible

  • • Broken mechanical parts upon arrival
  • • Calibration errors from the factory
  • • Visible casting/material defects

Ineligible

  • • Damage during tool setup/installation
  • • Misuse at the jeweler’s bench
  • • “Change of mind” or wrong size ordered

Compulsory Unboxing Video

To process any exchange claim, you must provide a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • Shipping label must be visible in the first frame.
  • Seal must be broken on camera.
  • Tool must be inspected for damage on camera.

Claim Window

All damage claims must be reported via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window or without the compulsory video will be rejected immediately.
